Currently, he is producing projects through his own production house GR Motion Pictures.

He is always vigilant about transactions. He handles projects by taking special care of how the transactions between the artist and the project production company will be beneficial for both. He often personally attends the shooting location and handles the projects/work. He is always inclined towards how to provide opportunities to new artists by guiding them from time to time.
